Finance Administrator Required

JOB DESCRIPTION:
An exciting opportunity for a benefits assessor in Newcastle. Our client is looking for an experienced, fast paced, and hardworking assessors to join their team, with an immediate start. This role is is initially a 6 month temp role, with view to extend.
Working hours
Monday to Friday
8am - 5pm flexi
37.5 hours a week
Daily responsibilities will include:
Undertake a range of routines to maintain and update all Council Tax and National Non Domestic Rates
Undertake interviews, inspections, court attendance, home visits and attend events as required
Provide Billing, Collection and Enforcement in respect of all debts administered by the Revenues and Benefit Services
Contribute to the overall performance of the Revenues and Benefits Service by adherence to key metrics and KPI's to deliver excellent customer service
Undertake an effective recovery and enforcement service for all debtsRequirements for the role
Previous experience
Reliable
Organised
Required to concentrate for long periods of time when producing reports.
Analyse information and be able to make recommendations for efficiency's and service improvements.
