We are seeking a dedicated Live in carer to provide a blobk of approximately 7 - 10 days support each month, workng on a flexible rota with regular live in carer,
To support a lovely gentleman with Parkinsons disease to reman living in his own home.
Duties to include:
* Assistance with washing / showering and dressing each morning and assistance to change into nightware in the evening
* Preparation of food and drinks
* Assistance with regular time critical prescribed medications
* Escort to any required Medical appointments and assistance to order and collect prescribed medications from Local GP / Pharmacy
* Laundry
* Keep the home clean and tidy
* Manage Rubbish, Recyling and food waste and ensure correct bins are put out for collction
* Basic household maintenence such as changing lightbulbs
* Assist to complete weekly food shop
* Assist to go out for a walk each day (weather permitting)
