SEN Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support Role: SEN Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support Contract: Full Time - Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 3.30pm Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Rate: £100 - £120 per day Setting: Primary School Location: Lambeth Borough We are seeking a caring, dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide 1:1 support for a young boy in Year 2 with Autism. This rewarding role will involve: Supporting the pupil with their learning and social development in class. Providing daily assistance with toileting needs in a respectful and sensitive manner. Helping to create a calm, structured and nurturing environment. Working closely with the class teacher, SENCo and parents to ensure consistent support. We are looking for someone who: Is patient, empathetic and has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. Can build positive and trusting relationships. Has experience (or a strong interest) in working with children with Autism. Is reliable, flexible and a team player. An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) professional reference checks. CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
