As the successful Financial Analyst, you will receive the following:
* Salary up to £46k-£47k (DOE)

The Role:
As the successful Financial Analyst, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:
* Perform period-end activities to ensure proper classification and validity of financials, including manual journal entries and account reconciliations.
* Ensure data accuracy in general ledger and sub-ledgers by performing various controls, including reconciliations between ledgers
* Provide comments regarding actuals and identify variances against budget and forecast.
* Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate historical data
* Monitoring and evaluating business performance against targets.
* Participate in operational meetings and day-to-day site management in order to help quickly identify risks and opportunities and drive financial performance.
* Support process improvement, process optimisation and special projects

The Person:
The successful Financial Analyst will have the following characteristics:
* Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
* Strong technical accounting ability
* Excellent analytical skills
