Requirements
Must have:
- Strong experience as an OpenShift Architect or Senior OpenShift Engineer - Deep knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) architecture, installation, and operations - Strong hands-on Kubernetes expertise - Experience designing and building enterprise container platforms - Solid experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Tekton, Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab) - Experience with container technologies (Docker, Podman, Helm)
Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, and implement enterprise-grade solutions on Red Hat OpenShift - Lead the development and rollout of business and technical processes on the OpenShift platform - Provide hands-on engineering support for platform build, configuration, and optimisation - Define platform standards, patterns, and best practices - Support application onboarding, containerisation, and migration to OpenShift - Design and implement CI/CD and GitOps pipelines - Implement security, governance, and compliance controls across the platform - Optimise platform performance, availability, and scalability - Collaborate with product owners, developers, and operations teams - Troubleshoot complex platform and infrastructure issues - Produce and maintain technical documentation and architecture artefacts
