Aspire People are working with a nurturing and inclusive primary school in M8 to recruit a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils in EYFS and KS1 with additional needs.
The school has a strong SEND provision and values consistency, patience, and positive relationships.
Your Role
1:1 and small-group support
Supporting pupils with ASD, SEMH, speech and language needs
Implementing EHCP and IEP targets
Encouraging engagement, independence, and confidence
Working closely with teachers and the SENCO
Requirements
Recent SEND experience (within last 2 years)
Calm, empathetic approach
UK school experience preferred
