As a Planning & Performance Manager, you will be a trusted partner to our business stakeholders for demand and resource management. You will lead a team to deliver against the strategic and operational plans, optimising performance across the Retail function.
You will own the centralised view of demand and supply for your channel, and through collaboration with operations, you will drive effective decision-making across the channel.
This role is within the Workforce Performance and Productivity team, which is responsible for driving performance across Retail, through accurate planning and insight, enabling the best outcomes for our customer.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon, London, Northampton, or Bournemouth office. What you’ll be doing
* Collaborating with operational and centralised function stakeholders, you will influence and shape the allocation of resource to deliver a simply excellent experience for our customers.
* Be accountable for the data integrity, across demand and supply plans and resource tools, aligned with governance frameworks.
* Managing a team of planning SMEs undertaking the end-to-end planning process.
* Be accountable of the demand vs supply position, supporting cross-channel Retail business areas to adherence to appropriate budget considerations.
* Own the story on highlighting impacts to performance and influencing decisions on Produce insightful management information to inform committees about status, risks, and opportunities, optimising resource allocation.

* Strong ability to analyse and interpret data
* Experience working with senior leaders and undertaking extensive stakeholder engagement
