Job Description:
* Maintain and improve the company’s HSE management systems in line with ISO 14001 and other relevant standards.
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
* Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
* Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to staff.
* Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
* Support sustainability initiatives and environmental impact reduction strategies.
* Keep up to date with changes in legislation and best practices.
Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar HSE role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Ideally some working knowledge of ISO14001
* NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent HSE qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting tools.
