Maintenance Engineer - Food - Cambridgeshire - £48-53k + Benefits - Mon-Fri, 6pm-2am
We're recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a leading food manufacturer in Cambridgeshire. This Monday to Friday, 6pm-2am shift offers a competitive salary of £48,000 - £53,000 + benefits and a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Salary: £48,000 - £53,000 + benefits
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6pm-2am
Location: Cambridgeshire - Commutable from Peterborough, Huntingdon, March, Wisbech, Ely, St Ives, Chatteris, St Neots
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime
2. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
3. Work proactively to improve efficiency and reliability across the site
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards
Requirements:
1. Mechanical or electrical bias with good fault-finding skills
2. Maintenance experience within food manufacturing
3. Ability to work independently and take a proactive approach to problem-solving
4. Relevant engineering qualifications
