The Role
Working closely with the Headteacher and Governing Body, the Deputy Headteacher will:
Provide strategic leadership in teaching, learning and curriculum development
Lead on school improvement priorities and maintaining high standards
Support, challenge and inspire staff to deliver high-quality teaching
Champion inclusion, wellbeing and safeguarding
Contribute to the day-to-day leadership and management of the school
