1. Deliver high-quality joinery works to professional standards
2. Carry out secondary trade tasks (multi-skilled), such as basic plumbing, plastering, and repairs, to support first-time fix targets (KPIs)
3. Provide excellent customer service and contribute to overall operational performance
4. Accurately record and report all work in line withpany and legislative requirements
5. Conduct risk assessments and follow strict Health & Safety procedures
6. Maintain thepany vehicle to required standards
7. Manage van stock efficiently to ensure materials availability
8. Ensure all tools and equipment are safe, maintained, andpliant
9. Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns appropriately.

11. Consistent delivery of high-quality work aligned with customer standards
12. Accurate reporting of incidents, including near misses and RIDDOR events
13. Achievement of first-time fix KPIs and productivity targets

15. Strong collaboration with colleagues and external partners
16. Effective identification and escalation of safeguarding concerns
Location & Working Hours
17. This is a mobile role covering Swindon and surrounding areas.
18. Candidates must live within 20 miles of Swindon
19. Full-time hours:Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pmFriday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
Salary: £38,090 per annum On-call rota: 1 in 4 (£525 per week when on call)What You’ll Need to Succeed
Essential Requirements
20. NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) in Carpentry/Joinery
21. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in carpentry/joinery
22. Proven experience in additional trades (multi-skilled)
23. Strongmunication and customer service skills
24. Ability toplete repairs efficiently to achieve first-time fix
25. Ability to work independently with good organisational skills
26. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
27. Physically capable of carrying out manual tasks safely
28. Awareness of environmental risks and safe working practices
Successful candidates will be subject to full referencing and a Basic DBS check.

29. Experience within the social housing sector
