PRU Teaching Assistant (Secondary)
Location: Erdington
Duration: Full time, ongoing
Salary: £95 – £105 per day

We are looking for a full time TA to start working at a fantastic special needs school in Erdington long-term supply basis. This role requires at least two years experience working with challenging behaviour in a school or healthcare environment. Key Duties
* Constant Supervision: Provide vigilant supervision to ensure the safety of the child and others, particularly in managing disruptive behaviour.
* Building Trusting Relationships: Foster a trusting relationship with the student to create a supportive learning environment.
* Sensory Room Assistance: Facilitate the student’s engagement in the sensory room to enhance their learning experience.
* Outdoor Activities: Organise and facilitate opportunities for the student to run around outside each day, promoting physical activity and well-being.

Requirements:
* Level 1 safeguarding certificate
