Car Sales Executive - Main Dealer
1. Location: Shrewsbury
2. Salary: £20,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE (£45,000+)
3. Hours: 5-day working week (day off in the week, 1 in 4 Saturdays off, Sundays closed)
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity to join a well-established main dealer in Shrewsbury. We're looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join a friendly and successful team. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service while driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Engage with customers both in the showroom and online
5. Understand customer needs and match them to the right vehicle and finance package
6. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
7. Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
8. Stay up to date with manufacturer product knowledge and offers
What We're Looking For:
9. Minimum 1 year of proven automotive sales experience
10. Customer-focused with a results-driven attitude
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. Confident using digital platforms and CRM tools
13. Full UK driving licence
