Recruitment Resourcer, Hamilton,Up to £30,000 (DOE) + Commission
As Recruitment Resourcer supports the recruitment team by finding suitable candidates, managing applications and maintaining the smooth running of day-to-day processes. This role is ideal for someone organised, people-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates using job boards, social media, adverts and online platforms
* Screen CVs and contact candidates to discuss roles and suitability
* Manage applicant flow and respond to candidate queries quickly
* Write clear, engaging job advertisements
* Keep candidate information and internal systems accurate and up to date
* Support Recruiters with arranging interviews and managing candidate pipelines
* Maintain good communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Confident communication skills
* Ability to work within timescales quickly and effectively
* Strong customer service approach in a fast-moving environment
* Positive attitude with motivation to learn and grow
* Computer-literate and comfortable using online tools and platforms
* Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given
* You must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
