Typical shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00–16:30. Occasional weekends and evenings may be required to suit the needs of the service.

Responsibilities
We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Activity Coordinators who plan and deliver meaningful activities that promote growth and new skills. You will work closely with care colleagues to support a fantastic group of people.
In our Langport residential service, you will enable individuals with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and complex care needs including visual impairments. You will craft experiences with meaning and purpose, ensure therapeutic opportunities are open and accessible to all, and tailor activities to individual needs. You may organise events and activities within the service or plan activities that enable people to access local communities in meaningful ways. You will record and report on activities and session engagement and assist at meal times between activities.
Choice will be at the heart of your planning, and you will work with the people we support, the service manager and colleagues to ensure experiences are unique and tailored to individual needs.
Qualifications & Experience
We are seeking Activity Coordinators with the right values and experience. You should hold a full UK driving licence, be resilient, flexible and composed, be creative by nature with a focus on customer service.
