We're delighted to be supporting a well-established business on the outskirts of Dartford who are seeking an organised and proactive Repairs Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
1. Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
2. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
3. Start: ASAP
4. Location: Dartford (not in walking distance from station)
5. Term: Temp for 4-6 weeks
About the Role
Our client is looking for someone who enjoys variety and is confident building relationships both with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
6. Answering highvolume inbound calls from customers reporting lift breakdowns and repair issues
7. Logging breakdowns accurately and booking repair jobs in line with priority and service requirements
8. Loading jobs onto the system, ensuring all details are recorded correctly and updated in real time
9. Scheduling repairs and allocating work efficiently to engineers
10. Liaising closely with engineers and operational teams to coordinate attendance and job progress
11. Providing regular updates to customers on engineer arrival times, delays and completion status
12. Completing general administrative tasks to support the service and repairs function
What We're Looking For
13. Strong administrative experience
14. Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
15. Experience using project or document management portals (advantageous)
16. Highly organised with a proactive, can-do attitude
17. Ability to multitask and support different departments as needed
