Employment Solicitor - Bristol
My client is seeking an experienced employment solicitor at senior associate level, for their Bristol office to conduct a mix of complex advisory work, tribunal claims, and transactional corporate support.
The role:
* Advising clients on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters: tribunal cases, employee relations, strategic advice, and transactional support
* Working across an established network of respondent clients
Your experience:
* Qualified employment solicitor circa 5 PQE +
* Proven track record across advisory work, corporate support, and litigation
* Knowledge of key sectors such as retail & consumer, real estate and and infrastructure
* Solutions-focused, flexible, and able to handle client challenges with a practical approach
