As ASC Manager, you'll oversee the planning and delivery of engaging activities for children and young people outside school hours, ensuring a safe and fun environment.
The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for all members and guests. This role involves managing staff, coordinating events, and promoting club activities to enhance member satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering community engagement within the club.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage ASC staff across multiple settings
* Develop inclusive, age-appropriate Programmes for children and young adults
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health & safety standards
* Build strong partnerships with families, schools, and community stakeholders
Skills
* Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with members and staff.
* Proficient in organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Knowledge of event planning and execution to create engaging activities for members.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.50-£15.50 per hour
