About the Company
Our client is a well-established finishing and ceramic tiling contractor delivering high-quality projects valued up to £4m for Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors. With a strong reputation across high-end residential, commercial, retail and office sectors, they continue to experience steady growth and are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their operational team.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring exceptional quality, efficient delivery, and strong client satisfaction. You will liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to support both new and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, coordinate and manage labour and materials to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
2. Liaise closely with main contractors' site teams to meet programme and quality expectations
3. Monitor and report on project progress to the operations team
4. Manage health & safety documentation including RAMS and toolbox talks
5. Attend regular site meetings and represent the business professionally
6. Maintain strong communication channels across all parties involved in each project
Requirements
7. Experience in ceramic wall and floor tiling
8. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
9. Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage workload
10. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
11. Full UK driving licence
12. CSCS card required
13. SMSTS - preferred
