Tractor Driver (Arable Farm) - Norfolk - £40k-£50k + Accommodation (if required)
The Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Skilled Tractor Driver to join a progressive and well-established 1,400 hectare arable enterprise in Norfolk. This is a role for someone who is a very good tractor driver, who is looking for more responsibility. You will work independently, with the chance to drive some big kit aswell. Spraying experience is not essential. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, understands modern arable systems, and wants to be part of a forward-thinking farming business investing in both its land and its people. You’ll be involved in all aspects of crop production across a large-scale combinable cropping operation. Working as part of a small, dedicated team, you will operate and maintain modern machinery to a high standard while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the farm.
The Candidate
- Has proven experience in arable farming and tractor driving, ready for their next step.
- Has strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Takes a proactive, positive approach with a strong work ethic
- Holds a full UK driving licence

- Competitive salary circa £40k-£50k per year based on experience

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
