Reporting into the Chief Compliance Officer, the Compliance Manager, International will play a key role in the compliance and legal practices for the companies international markets. You will be tasked with updating,implementing and maintaining the companies compliance program and strategies.
Responsibilites:
* Management of Due Diligence screening process for Distributors
* Risk Assessment: Design and conduct risk assessments based on the external environment, prioritize risk, and develop risk mitigation plans.
* Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor and establish metrics and benchmarks for the effectiveness of the compliance program and function, including with regards to healthcare compliance adherence, and use that information as well as risk assessments to update and improve the compliance program and controls. Perform transactions related to reports monitoring, third party vendors and others.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from accredited university required.
* 5+ years of experience in a compliance leadership role or a role with significant compliance responsibilities in a global company (life sciences technology industry experience preferred, not required).
* Experience with requirements of US publicly traded company and FCPA requirement.
* Located in Either UK or Ireland.
* Ability to travel internationally and up to 25%.
