Head of Technology Operations | Multi-Site Infrastructure | Entertainment Organisation Location: London (3 days on site per week) Perm, full time (12month FTC option on offer if preferred.) The role We’re supporting a well-established, multi-site entertainment organisation in hiring a Head of Technology Operations to lead operational IT across 6 venues and 2 offices, supporting approximately 300 users and complex EPoS and telephony environments. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you will align technology operations with business priorities while raising standards across service delivery, cyber security, and vendor governance. Your immediate focus will be: Maturing IT Service Management – bringing structure, consistency, and unified reporting across fragmented tooling Strengthening Cyber Security & Compliance – leading Cyber Essentials re-certification, overseeing PCI/DSS, and improving risk posture Driving Operational Resilience across live, customer-facing venues Responsibilities: Lead IT Operations, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Project functions Manage internal managers, engineers, and third-party partners Implement and embed robust ITSM frameworks and SLA governance Create clearer operational reporting and performance visibility Own a £3m technology budget, challenging suppliers and driving value Oversee vendor relationships including MSPs and infrastructure partners Lead cyber security governance, audits, disaster recovery, and business continuity Act as the primary technology partner to senior business stakeholders Ensure technology and business strategies remain aligned Operational Environment: Microsoft 365 / Azure / Freshdesk / Acronis / EPoS platforms / Telephony systems / Multi-site infrastructure estates, to name a few Essential Experience Leadership of multi-site IT Operations Proven IT Service Management implementation experience Ownership of cyber security and compliance environments Budget and vendor management responsibility Strong stakeholder engagement at senior level Why Join This is a visible leadership role in an organisation where technology directly supports revenue, compliance, and customer experience.
