The Role:
As the Maintenance Supervisor, youll play a key role in keeping the sites production and machinery in peak condition, ensuring downtime is minimised and efficiency is maximised. Youll be part of a fast-paced, 24/7 operation, tackling planned maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and driving high standards of safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose, repair, and service production machinery and site equipment.
2. Respond to unplanned repairs and plant breakdowns, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
3. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping to keep the site safe and hazard free.
4. Manage and induct contractors for maintenance activities.
5. Operate both fixed and mobile plant safely and effectively.
