The Major Client Group's Healthcare team is a specialised and growing team providing full-service banking to key players in the retirement living, aged care, and NDIS sectors. The Role As a Senior Manager in our Healthcare team, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our major client portfolio. Reporting to the National Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing and executing growth strategies to acquire new, high-value clients within the Greater Sydney healthcare sector. Deepening relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to provide tailored financial solutions and services. Managing a complex portfolio of healthcare clients, ensuring sustained revenue growth and profitability. Leading complex deal structuring and credit submissions, demonstrating your advanced credit and financial analysis skills. Contributing to policy initiatives and staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity. Representing the bank at industry events and building a strong network of external partners. About You You are a seasoned banking and finance professional with a proven track record of success in a senior relationship management role. To excel in this position, you will have: Significant experience in commercial or business banking, managing a portfolio of large and complex clients. Strong credit and financial analysis skills, with the ability to structure complex deals and manage risk effectively. A deep understanding of the healthcare sector, including aged care and retirement living (highly desirable). Exceptional business development and networking skills, with a passion for building lasting relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A tertiary qualification in Business or Finance. A postgraduate qualification would be an advantage. Why Join Us?
