We’re on the lookout for a super-organised, detail-loving Business Administrator to join our team and assist with the day-to-day smooth operations of the business. You will be working closely with our consultants to provide vital administrative support, ensuring our operations are efficient, organised, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Formatting CVs and candidate profiles to a high professional standard
* Sourcing and liaising with candidates via phone, email, and job boards
* Managing and tracking (KPIs)
* Maintaining and updating the CRM and database systems
* Supporting consultants with general administrative duties
* Assisting with advert writing, candidate screening, and interview coordination
* Providing excellent customer service to candidates and clients
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* A master multitasker who thrives in a busy, buzzing office
* Someone who’s confident, bubbly and loves being part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude – we’re big on teamwork and good energy!
