Job Title: Yard hand (Industrial Services Operative)
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday -DAYS
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Benson, Wallingford
We’re recruiting for a hands-on Yardhand / Industrial Services Operative to join a well-established team in Benson, Wallingford.
This is a practical, yard-based role involving industrial cleaning, jet washing and site support across a variety of commercial and industrial environments.
The Role
*
Industrial and deep cleaning of sites, yards and equipment
*
High-pressure jet washing and site clean-downs
*
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and equipment care
*
Assisting with vehicle cleaning, restocking and waste packaging
*
Working to RAMS, permit-to-work systems and health & safety procedures
*
Completing basic job documentation as required
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience in yard work, industrial cleaning, labouring, waste or similar environments (preferred)
*
Strong health & safety awareness
*
Physically fit, reliable and team-focused
*
Willingness to undertake training
