The Civil Works Alliance is on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic HSW Systems Lead to play a key role in driving the success of the Sizewell C Project!
In this exciting position, you'll take charge of developing, communicating, implementing, and continually refining the CWA Safety Management System (SMS). You'll ensure the SMS evolves to stay ahead of risks, providing the essential framework to keep safety at the forefront of everything we do. Working closely with project teams, you'll be a vital part of achieving operational excellence, ensuring Health, Safety, and Wellbeing are consistently upheld to the highest standards as we deliver this groundbreaking project.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Head of HSW and the wider functional team in developing a suitable and effective Safety Management System (SMS) for the CWA.
2. Liaise with the Integrated Management System (IMS) development team in preparation for the launch of the CWA IMS.
3. Monitor changes in legislation, as well as updates from clients and parent companies, to ensure the CWA SMS remains compliant.
