Our Environment Division
Our Environment Division delivers critical infrastructure and environmental solutions across the UK, supporting long-term sustainability and resilience. Working closely with clients, regulators and communities, our teams play a vital role in delivering safe, compliant and high-quality outcomes across our projects.
Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the HS&E Performance Manager, the HS&E Administrator will provide essential administrative and coordination support across the HS&E function. The role also supports the Training Team Lead and Occupational Health Lead, helping to ensure the smooth operation of HS&E activities across the business.
This is a pivotal role combining administration, coordination and reporting, contributing to the effective delivery of HS&E objectives.
Key Accountabilities

Proactively manage diaries, appointments and agendas for the HS&E Senior Leadership Team.

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including filtering, prioritising and responding to queries professionally.

Organise meetings, workshops and business events at internal and external venues.
*
Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries as required.
*
Prepare high-quality documents and presentations using Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
*
Track actions arising from meetings and follow up to completion.
*
Support the coordination and collation of HS&E data and information.
*
Assist with the delivery of team commitments, including community and stakeholder engagement activities.

Support month-end reporting by gathering and compiling relevant data.
