Learning Support Assistant - Bristol | September Start

The Role
In this position, you will:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of learning needs, including one-to-one assistance and small group work.
* Work closely with teachers to adapt learning activities, ensuring every pupil can access the curriculum.
* Offer encouragement, structure, and guidance to help children develop both academically and socially.
* Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the delivery of engaging lessons and learning activities.
* Implement learning strategies and support plans to meet individual needs.
* Promote positive behaviour and social interaction.
* Offer emotional and pastoral support where needed.
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience working with children is an advantage but not essential.
* Patient, understanding, and adaptable approach.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
