Based: West Midlands
The Role
* To lead the implementation of the after sales strategy and tactical plan to support the company's substantial growth plans within the EMEA region.
* To develop the Customer Satisfaction KPI's and SLA frameworks to improve problem resolution and significantly improve customer service.
* To foster a culture of continuous improvement, high performance and customer-centricity within the field service and customer service teams.
* To lead, manage and develop the multi-national and multi-cultural team to achieve and exceed their individual and team KPI's and to further improve the after-sales function's profitability and reputation internally and externally.
The Candidate
This role calls for an experienced service and installation manager with:
* Extensive experience in managing a department/team that installs, services and maintains high value capital equipment/systems.
* A "hands on," customer focused and charismatic senior manager who is well used to the demands of fast moving, service led and demanding international blue-chip customers.
* Current or recent experience of the food processing, packaging, security or HVAC sectors would be preferable.
* A genuine leader with an extensive track record of achieving exceptional results through multi-national and multi-cultural teams who are remotely based.
