Our client is looking for a driven individual to support their sales team in finding & converting new business. They are design & fit-out specialists, working on a wide range of interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors in the UK.
You will need to be someone who can use their initiative & think creatively, whilst coordinating all sales admin activities. You will be working with the Sales & Marketing teams on proposals, presentations & pitch materials. You will also review tender portals for potential opportunities & use LinkedIn for building a client network & looking for potential leads.
Skills & Experience
* A Levels or equivalent level of education
* Any experience in a similar role or in the construction industry, would be an advantage.
* Sound knowledge and use of Microsoft Office particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
* High attention to detail
* Able to prioritise and multitask
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to build rapport quickly with people at various levels
* Positivity and enthusiastic
* Willingness to travel and work flexibly as required
* Valid UK driving licence
