Join the Close Brothers Asset Finance team, where you will oversee a team responsible for delivering efficient and effective service to our customers.
You will provide supervisory support to the Customer Relationship Specialist teams, ensuring key objectives are met. Responsibilities include coaching, team development, and regular career and personal development discussions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervise and collaborate with your team to ensure operational effectiveness.
2. Work closely with Sales and Customers to streamline onboarding and agreement processes, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
3. Support processing of new proposals, including AML checks, credit searches, linking exposures, and asset loading and verification.
4. Check and compile documentation to meet customer needs and ensure compliance with legislation and credit approvals.
5. Prepare accurate payments to suppliers, brokers, and customers.
6. Complete internal checks and reviews per company procedures.
7. Load finance agreements onto platforms like Salesforce and Alfa, understanding each product's specifics.
8. Issue Welcome Packs within specified times, including all relevant documentation.
9. Process deposits and initial payments on the ALFA system.
10. Assist Sales Team by communicating with Customers and internal stakeholders to progress transactions.
11. Handle customer inquiries via email or phone effectively and promptly.
12. Manage in-life requests such as settlement quotes, agreement settlements, reschedules, card payments, refunds, and account updates.
13. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and SLAs.
14. Adhere to Governance and Compliance standards and complete all regulatory reporting and reviews.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
* Experience in the Financial Services Industry or similar operational/customer-facing roles.
