A fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team centrally. Reporting to the Central Contracts Manager, you’ll be working on our central framework. This role presents an exciting chance to contribute to projects ranging from £250k to £8M, partnering with leading water companies. You’ll be responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and closure of their projects.

What’s the role:
* Responsible for delivering M&E projects with our key client frameworks up to £6M.
* Work with Project, Commercial, Design, & Operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations.
* Plan resources effectively and follow internal processes, including monthly programme and forecast updates.
* Follow tender processes and evaluate suppliers.
* Manage health & safety proactively, including site inspections and liaising with clients and suppliers.
* Review subcontractor approvals and performance.
* Offer training and career development opportunities.
* Participate in client initiatives.
What you will need:
* Be well-organized, possess excellent customer service skills, and be IT literate in MS Office, including MS Project.
* Hold relevant qualifications and have a good understanding of Legislation, CDM Regulations, and NEC Contracts.
* Have appropriate experience and technical understanding of M&E requirements in the Water Industry.
* Require a full driving license; some working away may be necessary.
* Valid EUSR WATER Hygiene certification (preferable).
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
