Our client a privately owned, fast growing local agricultural company is seeking a Trainee Sales Representative to join their rapidly expanding team.

Our client is a dynamic and growing feed business with their head office based on the edge of Exeter. They specialise in high-quality nutritional advice and products tailored for farmers across the South West, and are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a background in farming to help them make a difference! They are expanding their presence in Cornwall and need a bright and motivated individual to join them on their journey!
The Role:
As a Trainee Sales Representative, you will:
1. Learn to offer practical nutritional advice and support to farmers
2. Work alongside experienced colleagues to develop your skills and confidence
3. Assist in promoting company products and services to new and existing customers
4. Build and manage your own customer base
5. Help manage and grow customer relationships
6. Attend technical training sessions, team meetings, and industry events
7. Represent the company at shows, conferences, and on-farm visits

21. Excellent customer service skills ideally with some experience
22. A full UK driving licence
(Previous sales or on-farm experience would be beneficial but is not essential!)
