This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment support within an HR department, and who possesses a basic understanding of employment law as it relates to recruitment and selection. Day-to-day of the role: Handle telephone calls with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring clear and professional communication.Manage the resourcing mailbox, responding to candidate queries and providing timely support.Contact candidates to arrange interviews and book assessments, coordinating schedules efficiently.Escalate complex problems to recruitment advisors to ensure they are addressed promptly.Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the recruitment process.Maintain accurate digital filing systems, ensuring all recruitment documentation is stored securely and is easily accessible.Monitor managers' attendance at events, contact those who have responded, and organise participation.Send placeholders to managers and support with the organisation of these events.Add interview schedules to Workday and ensure all involved parties are informed.Track candidate attendances and confirm details to managers, including making phone calls the day before interviews.Score and shortlist early careers candidates, contributing to the selection process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a recruitment support role within an HR department, with exposure to recruitment being a significant advantage.Basic understanding of employment law as it relates to recruitment and selection.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.Excellent attention to detail.Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.Proven experience using MS Office software, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.High standard of English and Maths.
