You will deliver expert diagnosis, technical advice, and detailed works specifications to ensure damp and mould cases are resolved effectively, with a clear focus on resident wellbeing and compliance with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), the Social Housing (Regulation) Act, Decent Homes, and Awaab's Law.
Key ResponsibilitiesInspections & Diagnostic Assessments
Carry out timely surveys of homes reporting damp, mould, leaks, or condensation.
Diagnose root causes including structural defects, water ingress, ventilation issues, insulation failures, or lifestyle‑related factors.
