We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with an understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for fresh food. You’ll play a key role in growing our clients customer base, maintaining strong relationships, and promoting extensive range of fresh produce and wholesale offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality and catering sectors.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Promote seasonal and specialty produce, advising chefs, buyers, and business owners on product availability and usage.
* Conduct regular client visits, tastings, and product demonstrations.
* Work closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure order fulfilment and customer expectations are met.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to stay ahead of the curve.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within hospitality wholesale or fresh produce.
* Strong understanding of the hospitality industry – able to talk confidently with chefs, kitchen managers, and business owners.
* Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and food quality.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
