Job Title: Trainee Estate Agent
Location: Cray & Norton, Croydon
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 OTE (including commission)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Saturday (with a day off in lieu during the week)

We are currently looking for a proactive and ambitious Trainee Estate Agent to join our friendly team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in property with the support and guidance of an experienced, supportive agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
Accompany prospective buyers and tenants on property viewings
Provide accurate and helpful feedback to landlords and vendors
Support the team with administrative duties and property listings
Learn and assist with the sales and lettings process from valuation to completion
Promote Cray & Norton’s services and maintain our professional reputation
Generate leads through canvassing, networking, and local outreach
Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine interest in property and customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive, confident, and well-presented individual
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Local knowledge of Croydon and surrounding areas is an advantage
