We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
* Engage in meaningful conversations to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using CRM software.
* Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
* Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
* Provide feedback on customer responses to improve marketing strategies.
Applicants must have a confident & polite telephone manner. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential.
Attractive Commission Scheme + Performance Bonus in addition to basic salary.
Days & Hours of work negotiable, between 12 & 20 hours per week
