We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Finance Administrator to play a key role in supporting credit control and accurately maintaining customer and company master data that drives smooth operations, excellent customer service, and a seamless experience for internal and external stakeholders.
This is a temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities
Open new customer accounts and update existing ones with accurate details, including credit limits, names, addresses, and legal entities.
Conduct credit checks and obtain credit insurance where needed.
Manage Direct Debit processes and notifications.
Allocate daily cash and cheque payments across multiple accounts.
Process remittance advice and issue Dunning letters in line with company policy.
Handle internal and external enquiries via phone and email, and collaborate with credit controllers on admin tasks and account queries.
Support the team on finance-related projects and perform other tasks as directed by the Team Leader.
Working Hours
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility required to meet operational requirements.

Requirements
Skills & Experience
Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
1–2 years of experience in a credit control or finance admin environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filters)
Able to professionally handle sensitive and confidential data
Detail-oriented and accurate with a ‘right-first-time’ mindset
Self-motivated and adaptable - comfortable working under pressure and prioritising a busy workload
Desirable Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience with Navision or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
