About the Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into the classroom to deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. You may be covering pre-set work or delivering your own lessons, depending on the booking, while maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects (or within your specialism)
2. Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
3. Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment
4. Manage behaviour in line with school policies
5. Assess and monitor student progress where required
6. Provide feedback to teaching staff and departments
Requirements
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (essential)
8. Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
9. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Flexibility and adaptability across different school environments
