Duties as Maths Lecturer:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lectures in mathematics at [Further Education (FE) / Higher Education (HE)] level.
* Develop and update course materials in line with curriculum requirements.
* Use a range of teaching methodologies to support diverse learners.
* Assess and provide feedback on student work to support academic progress.
* Conduct tutorials, workshops, and practical sessions where applicable.
* Support students with academic guidance and career advice.
* Engage in research and professional development to enhance teaching practice.
* Contribute to departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and quality assurance processes.
Ideal Maths Lecturer:
* A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) or willingness to obtain one.
* Experience teaching maths at [FE/HE] level.
* Strong communication and presentation skills as a Maths Lecturer.
* Passion for teaching and supporting student success.
