Job Description
As our next Night Receptionist, you…
* Are the ‘face of Ibis Edinburgh Centre South Bridge’, extending a warm welcome to our guests during the night, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
* Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day.
* Are an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
* Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to make sure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.
* Ensure a wonderful guest experience.
* Ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
* Handling all calls promptly and professionally.
* Document accurately all internal and guest messages.
* Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
* Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.
Qualifications
* Prior experience working with OPERA Cloud is valued
* Fluency in English
* Customer Service skills
