If you are an experienced General Manager with a proven track record in high-volume, premium pub environments, this could be your chance to step into a high-profile role with St Austell Brewery and make your mark at one of our most iconic sites.
About you:
* You lead the front of the business, managing a team of passionate members to deliver exceptional experiences.
* You champion the spirit and values of St Austell Brewery, inspiring your team and setting a positive example.
* You monitor your team’s performance closely, providing praise, constructive feedback, and nurturing talent.
* You oversee all finance and admin procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
* You establish strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
* With extensive experience in a similar role, you recognize when team members need support and assist accordingly.
* You are a natural leader, communicating effectively and delegating tasks to achieve and exceed targets.
* You pay attention to customer feedback, ensuring your team maintains high standards and continuously improves.
* You thrive under pressure during busy peak seasons.
* Effective communication and active listening are key to your leadership style, keeping everyone aligned and approachable.
