Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lacrosse Coach based in Shrewsbury, MA. The Lacrosse Coach will be responsible for building The Shrewsbury Clubs Lacrosse program from the ground up, recruiting, coaching and training athletes in lacrosse, developing curriculum and training plans, and providing feedback to enhance player skills. Daily tasks include recruiting players, conducting practice sessions, evaluating player performance, developing game strategies, and fostering a positive and encouraging environment for all participants.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Lacrosse and Coaching skills
* Experience in Training and Curriculum Development
* Ability to inspire and motivate athletes
* 3 or more years of experience as a Lacrosse Coach is required
* Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field is beneficial
