Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer | 4-Day Week | upto £50k Package The Opportunity are you an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer/Electrical & Instrumentation Technician who prefers solving root-cause issues rather than just 'patching' machines? We are looking for a hands-on Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to join a specialist manufacturing site in Liverpool. Why Apply? Three-Day Weekends: The standard week is Monday to Thursday. Technical Ownership: You'll have a direct influence on the Preventive Maintenance Programme (PPM) and contribute to project work. What You'll Be Doing Working within a tight-knit engineering team, you will: Maintain and upgrade electrical and instrumentation systems. Diagnose complex faults and implement long-term reliability fixes. Lead electrical installations and support continuous improvement projects. Manage flexible on-call requirements (often handled remotely). What We're Looking For Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Background: Solid experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment. Skillset: A proven track record with electrical and instrumentation systems. The Package Earnings: £45,000 - £50,000 inlcuding allowances. Bonus: Two performance-related bonuses per year. Time Off: 150 hours holiday Bank Holidays.
