Responsibilities
* Act as the allocated professional attached to various school clusters.
* Develop and deliver emotional health and wellbeing training to staff across Swansea Bay in Local Authority, Educational and Primary Care settings to build resilience.
* Develop clear strategies within schools to ensure Whole School Approach requirements are met.
* Work with the School In‑Reach Team Lead and Senior School In‑Reach Practitioner's to monitor school and young people satisfaction.
* Develop training packages for education, parents, children, young people and Health Board staff.
Qualifications and Experience
* Essential: Degree level in health, youth work, education, social work or a related profession.
* Significant experience and high level of knowledge in a directly relevant profession (e.g., Youth Work, Alternative Education, Youth Offending, Family Support, Social Care, and Health).
* Ability to work autonomously, be a reflective practitioner and understanding of safeguarding procedures.
* Experience within CAMHS or C&YP Departments.
Desirable
* Relevant specialist training in health, youth work, education, social work or a related profession.
* Previous experience within CAMHS or C&YP Departments.
* Ability to speak Welsh.
