The school follows a therapeutic, child-centred approach and is looking for someone who can offer calm, consistent and engaging support. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and behaviour specialists to help each pupil develop communication, independence and emotional regulation skills in a structured yet nurturing environment. This position is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood development, ASD support, and therapeutic learning environments. Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
