Key Responsibilities
- Undertake and lead ecological surveys (including habitat and protected species surveys)
- Prepare clear, accurate ecological reports and impact assessments
- Support the design and implementation of mitigation and enhancement measures
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to deliver high‑quality outcomes
- Contribute to biodiversity net gain and nature recovery initiatives
About You
- Degree in ecology or a related environmental discipline
- Strong field survey skills and experience in UK habitats and protected species work
- Membership (or working towards membership) of CIEEM
- Understanding of relevant UK wildlife legislation and planning policy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site work
