Job Description Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment Job Title: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – Residential Estate Agency Location: Maidstone, ME14 Salary: £30,000 per annum Position: Permanent, Full-Time Reference: WR 78127 An organised Office Administrator role supporting a residential sales and lettings team, managing daily office operations, client communication, and administrative processes to ensure the smooth running of the branch. Previous property industry experience essential! Worth Recruiting is working with a respected residential estate agency in Maidstone that operates across both sales and lettings. This role is ideal for an administrator who enjoys a varied workload and supporting a busy property team. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Providing administrative support to the sales and lettings teams Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries Managing diaries, appointments, and property viewing schedules Preparing property details, letters, and documentation Updating and maintaining the CRM system accurately Assisting with sales and lettings progression administration Ensuring compliance paperwork is correctly filed and up to date Supporting marketing activity including listings and window displays Maintaining a professional and welcoming front-of-office presence What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous office administration experience (estate agency preferred) Strong organisational and time management skills Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems Professional, reliable, and detail-focused approach Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team What's In It For You?
